BIOCH 283 - Topics in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology: Molecular Mechanisms of Transcriptional Control

A literature-based course covering the role of gene-specific activators and repressors, the nature and role of the general transcriptional machinery, and the role of nucleosomes, non-coding RNAs and higher-order chromatin structures in regulating transcription.
