OCCT 6625 - Occupation Based Practice I: Pediatrics
4 Credits
This course covers major theoretical frameworks, concepts, and models of practice used in occupational therapy evaluation and treatment of infants/children. The effects of disease or disorder on occupational performance are introduced. An emphasis will be placed on the use of occupation as a therapeutic medium, patient/family education and training, analysis of abnormal movement patterns, and intervention.
