Students rotate through the core clerkships: Family Medicine, Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology; Neurology, Psychiatry and Surgery
Students may choose to complete 2 4-week electives* from the following areas: Ophthalmology, Urology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pathology, Radiology, Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Nephrology, Hematology/Oncology, or Med/Peds
*All electives graded Pass/Fail
Total MSIII Year (44 weeks): 44 Credit Hours
MSIV Year (All pass/fail)
Students will complete one 4 week Acting Internship from the following areas: Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Surgery, or Urology.
Students will also complete the remaining selectives in Transition to Residency, Health Systems Science, and Web-based Radiology.
For electives, students will complete a total of 24 weeks of instruction.
